Refunds & Returns Policy
At Titan Refrigerants, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. However, due to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations regarding the shipment of hazardous materials, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on refrigerant products once they have been shipped.
No Returns or Refunds

All refrigerant sales are final.

We cannot accept returns for refund or exchange under any circumstances due to DOT restrictions.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to be available to sign for the package, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Customers will also be responsible for any additional shipping charges if the product needs to be re-shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
